Registered Massage Therapist
Carly graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in 2014. She strives to provide treatment to her clients that uncovers the nature of the underlying issue, while addressing the symptoms that can cause discomfort. Carly understands that each person demonstrates dysfunction in their own patterning, so treatments are geared towards the individual needs of the client. She incorporates fascial techniques, joint mobilizations, stretching & general Swedish massage techniques into her treatments.
Carly believes in working with a diverse team of therapists to provide a holistic approach to treatment. She has an interest in learning more about lymphatic drainage, fascial structure, & joint mobilizations to continue building her skill set & understanding of functional anatomy.
In her free time Carly loves hiking, gardening, learning how to canoe, building community, & pretty much anything that involves breathing fresh air & enjoying nature.
